Unfortunately I have to leave a negative rating here. In no way was the guest's wishes taken into account. The place was very dark and very dusty. The service was unfriendly, not to say outrageous! The prices are outrageous for what you get here. Unfortunately, Mr. Rachs' attempts to improve have not been implemented. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to the visit!

Everyone is always super nice, helpful and responsive to guests! We have already eaten here several times and it was always very tasty! The tarte flambée was the hit the best I have ever eaten !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went to eat there 2 times in our short stay at the campsite. The citizens, spare ribs and oven potatoes as well as the cocktails have all earned 5 scenes. Service also super friendly and always ready for a good saying.

Front way: the food is really delicious - because you can quietly give 4 *. We were there 3 times in a short time. The host would like it if you reserved before - because everything is freshly prepared! Why? With a reservation he does not know what to order !? The place is a bit dark - you do not recognize what is on the plate. The opening times were partly not respected - until 21:30 open - at 20 o'clock we did not get even more a drink, although still guests were present - at the door was "today kitchen only until 19 o'clock" but we did not want to eat. The extensive Rumkarte is unfortunately without prices. On New Year's Eve 1 hour waiting for the first round - our table got despite two complaints no welcome cocktail to toast. After that it was great and the fireworks were also TOP. Please be more responsive to the guests in the future and be more flexible ;-)

Super cook. All meals and deserts were very delicious. Sweet potato fries are homemade. Staff is super friendly. Atmosphere fits all together. The location is a disadvantage but it should not be a reason to lower the rating

Although open according to opening hours was closed. On demand at the swimming pool staff we should knock or ring. After that we were mobbed by the owner and with the words "boy, you get nothing here" rejected very unfriendly. Very rude and incompetent in customer service. I will not visit this swimming pool because of the owner of the kiosk.

First of all, the food was delicious, but the rest falls down the back. Mr. Rach would gesticulate wildly and shuffle his hair at the service. We were received with the question: Have you reserved? When we said no, you almost felt guilty about your own fault, the kitchen will take orders again in 25 minutes. Since we were on holiday with our two children, we had time, no problem. But that one then had to wait for half an hour that ever even a order for the drinks is obtained, is a bad habit. After 45 minutes we had the first drink. We had food after 1.5 hours. It must be noted, the restaurant was not fully booked with 8 to 10 occupied tables. What does the store do when all the tables are occupied? Two completely overstrained waiters, head shaking guests, guests who have gone outraged, a partially canceled menu - we have experienced. But the food was very good, you have to leave that to the whole.

The food was delicius but the waiters were very rude! We went to another restaurant the next day called "panaramico" that was right around the corner from "franks pirateri" were the waiters were way nicer!

Nice staff and quick service. The patties were a little too dry. Nice atmosphere and prices so far okay.

We are also repeat offenders and like to go out to eat a fine burger at Frank's piracy. The homemade chutneys are great. He can cook. Definitely. The service is always friendly and endeavored, but can sometimes start to skid in the event of unplanned high activity - but thanks to the friendliness this is not a problem: always a smile! The boss clearly has a "big pirate hatch", hard but sincere, as a customer you have to be able to deal with it and sometimes just leave 5. But he also tolerates it if one expresses factual criticism. Great: selection of different beers / special drinks. The in-house rum blend is simply delicious. The beer garden is nice and there is ample parking space. But even if I love piracy: all reorders cost € 0.50 plus (!) "Material". This could be improved in a customer-friendly way, even if I know that reordering is always "effort". A little tip: not all offers are always available (summer grill event, does not always take place as stated on the advertising display on the table for e.g. "every Saturday"). Planning in the area is also difficult and strongly dependent on the weather and the season. Therefore, inform yourself beforehand by telephone or on the FB page.
